Questions, a theme where the link doesn't show, or a feature you need? Email support@stickermint.com with your store's .myshopify.com address and we'll reply within one business day.

Getting started

  1. Install Mint Size Charts from the Shopify App Store and open it from your Shopify admin.
  2. Click New size chart. Type your chart, paste it from a spreadsheet, or (Pro) start from a template. Tick Convert on the columns that hold measurements.
  3. Under Show this chart on, pick products or collections, type tags, product types or vendors, or tick Default chart. Click Save: it's published to your store straight away.
  4. On the app's home page click Open app embeds. Switch on Size chart (automatic) and click Save. Or click Add size chart block to place the link yourself.

Pasting from a spreadsheet

  • Select the cells in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, including the header row, and copy.
  • Paste into Paste a whole table and click Replace table, or paste straight into any cell of the grid to fill from there.
  • CSV text works too, with commas or semicolons. Headers like "Chest (cm)" set the chart's unit for you.
  • A chart can have up to 40 rows and 12 columns, with up to 60 characters per cell.

Which chart shows on a product?

The most specific assignment wins: product › collection › tag › product type › vendor › default. If two charts match at the same level, the chart higher in your list wins; use the arrows on the home page to reorder. Tags, types and vendors aren't case-sensitive. Use Check a product on the home page to see the result for any product.

Unit conversion (Pro)

  • Only columns marked Convert change. Size labels like S, M, US 8 or UK L½ stay as typed.
  • Ranges (82-87), lists (32/34) and tape-measure fractions (32½, 32 1/2) are converted. Choose the rounding in Settings, for example the nearest half inch.
  • Choose which unit shows first: the chart's own, always cm, always inches, or by the shopper's country.

The link isn't showing?

  • Check the chart is Active, assigned to the product, and (on Free) one of your first two charts.
  • Check the Size chart (automatic) app embed is on in your live theme, or that the Size chart block is on your product template.
  • If your theme's variant picker is unusual, open the app embed's settings and enter a CSS selector under Place next to, or use the block.
  • Products without a matching chart and no default chart show no link, by design.

Billing

Pro is billed through Shopify at $4.99/month after a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime from the app's Plans page or by uninstalling the app — you won't be charged again. If you cancel, your charts are kept; only your first two active charts stay on your store, and the unit switch and custom styling switch off.
